When I realized the Super Bowl is this weekend, I got that sinking feeling in my gut. This used to be the point in the year where my new year's resolutions went flying out the window. Parties filled with all that amazing food. Cheesy, creamy, fried, greasy, sugary. One year I made chicken wing cupcakes. Seriously, a cupcake with blue cheese frosting and a chicken wing on top. Ewww. This one day of pigging out would send me spiraling out of control back into junk food city for weeks. Or months.
NOT ANYMORE! I know I can indulge a little and get right back on track after the game. I also know some amazingly delicious foods that taste good AND are good for me. Here's what I'll be eating while watching the game (ok, really I just watch the commercials...)
